Try Kevlo for 14 days for free. If you pay and change your mind, you can still get your money back within 14 days of a payment.

Free trial

Every plan starts with 14 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

Money back within 14 days

Within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, you can ask for a full refund of that payment. Your plan then ends straight away. For a first payment right after a trial, the 14 days start on the payment date.

After 14 days

After 14 days, payments are not refunded, also not for unused time, except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise in a specific case. You can always cancel: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.

Changing plans

When you move to a bigger plan, the new price applies straight away and what you already paid is credited pro rata. When you move to a smaller plan, the change applies from your next renewal; there is no refund for the current period.

Your right of withdrawal in the EU

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Our 14-day money-back promise covers it, also when you started using Kevlo during those 14 days.

What we cannot refund

• Costs charged by your Claude provider or other connected services. Contact them about those.
• Payments for accounts ended because of a serious breach of the terms, as far as the law allows.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [support email] from the email address of your account and tell us which payment it is about, or use the refund link on your [payment provider] receipt. We confirm within two working days. The money goes back to your original payment method, normally within 14 days; how quickly it shows depends on your bank.

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. A chargeback can pause your licence while it is looked into.

Prices and currency

Prices are in euros excluding VAT. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in, for the amount you paid including VAT.
