Requests wait in your Inbox
Sending mail, using the web or installing something waits until you say yes, once or always.
Kevlo gives you AI employees with a desk, a role and a budget, in a little office on your Mac. You hand out the work and say yes to what matters.
Runs on your MacNo technical skills neededOpens soon, 14 days free
See who is at their desk, who is in a meeting and who needs you, all from one view of your office.

First
Give it a name and the kind of work it does. It gets an office with desks, meeting rooms and a lounge.

Then
One at a time with a role and a few lines of instructions, or a ready-made team in one go.

Every day
Chat with anyone or ask your assistant to pass it on. Leads split the work and come back when it is done.
Pick a few roles. Each one gets a desk in your office, and you see which plan fits.
Max and Noor start on Monday.
Hand them anything. They do the quick things themselves, pass the rest to the right person, follow up and tell you how it went.
Every employee is a Claude Code agent with its own desk, model and budget. How they work is up to you: pick a different way for every task, or mix them.
Like Claude Code sub-agents
Give a lead a goal. They write a plan, you approve it, and they hand the parts to their reports. Results go back up and the lead sums it up for you.
Like Claude Code agent teams
For bigger projects the team shares one board. Everyone claims a task and employees message each other directly: the writer asks the designer, the tester tells the writer what broke. The lead checks in.
Like one Claude Code session
Chat with anyone, or ask the assistant at reception and they pass it to the right person. The cheapest way.
Sub-agents on a cheaper model
When a job means going through lots of files, an employee sends interns. They only read and search, then bring back just the answer, so the same work costs less.
Your team works on its own, but nothing important happens without you.
Sending mail, using the web or installing something waits until you say yes, once or always.
What each person cost, with a budget that stops work in time.
Each task keeps the files it changed.
Kevlo picks up what you already set up in Claude Code. Add more in a click, and give each employee exactly the tools their job needs.

Kevlo is an app, not a cloud service. Your work never passes through us.
The office, the chats, the files your team makes and the whole history live in a folder on your own computer.
Your Claude key is kept in the macOS Keychain. Kevlo only ever shows its last four characters.
Requests go from your Mac to Anthropic or your own cloud: Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or Microsoft Foundry. We add nothing to your usage bill.
What your team makes are normal files in your folders, and the company memory can go to your own Obsidian vault.

Your team works through your own Claude account, so what they use is paid to Anthropic at their prices, with nothing added by us. You don't need a Claude Pro or Max subscription; Kevlo uses pay-as-you-go access instead.
What that costs depends on how much you hand out. As a rough guide: an assistant and a writer doing a few tasks a day often stay under €10 a month, and a busy team of ten is more like €50 to €100. Payroll shows every cent, and a budget stops work before you go over. Prices exclude VAT.

No. You talk to your employees in plain words, the way you would brief a colleague. Kevlo walks you through connecting a Claude account the first time you open it.
That depends on how much work you hand out and which model each employee uses. A quick question costs a fraction of a cent; Payroll shows every task, and a budget stops work before you overspend.
Anything that reaches outside their own folder, like sending mail, using the web or installing software, waits for your OK in the Inbox. Every change to a file can be undone.
Kevlo runs on your Mac. Employees work in their own folders and in folders you choose to share. Only what a task needs is sent to Claude.
Yes. Kevlo finds your Claude Code skills, the skills in your plugins and your MCP servers by itself, and you can add more MCP servers or install a skill from any GitHub link. You choose who gets what. When an employee needs something they do not have, they ask you in the Inbox.
Not yet. Kevlo is a Mac app for now.
Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your office stays on your Mac and nobody starts new work until you subscribe.
